Dec18 - Apr 18	$395/night ($2765/week)	Five night minimum stay. PLUS $170 cleaning fee. $500 refundable damage deposit. One night plus $500 is required to hold your reservation (refundable up to 60 days prior to scheduled arrival if the home is re-booked for those dates). Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival. (Note: 12.425% Hawaiian Accomodation Tax - TAT, GET is required to be added to all rentals. Note: yhis is due to increase to 13.425% July 1. 2010).
Apr 19 - Jun 5	$335/night ($2345/week)
Jun 6 - Sep 5	$385/night ($2695/week)
Sep 6 - Dec 17	$335/night ($2345/week)
Christmas/New Years*	$495/night ($3465/week)
* 9 night minimum for any reservation overlapping Christmas (December 24th, 25th or 26th) or New Years (December 30th, 31st or January 1st, 2nd). 14 night minimum if reservation overlaps both. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Your received deposit confirms your reservation.
